GMB API Support Engineer /Web developer

Professional Experience:
  • 4-6 years of Overall experience in Software Development roles or IT support roles..
  • 2 – 3 years' experience in handling customers' requests, driving technical reviews, resolving issues and continuous service improvement, dash boarding etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Whitelist and On-board new clients on to GMB API usage.
  • Manage and process API quota increase requests.
  • Manage and resolve issues on public product forum for GMB API
  • Review, test, troubleshoot and provide solutions for forum requests.
  • Provide related documentation and relevant suggestions to customer queries on GMB API and its usage.
  • Provide high touch support for trusted testers
  • Escalate backend API related issues to Engineering manager and follow up on resolutions.
  • Give guidance, support, and train other members in the team and document learinings.
  • Client facing responsibilities to support team in delivering GMB API Services and support
  • Deliver high quality services in the team, exceeding lcient expectations and quality scoring measures.
  • Employ strong, clear communication skills with your customers and colleagues, displaying your enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.

Key Skills Required:
  • Technical skils in API Programming and implementation, knowledge about GMB API product libraries,
  • Knowledge on Java/Python to help resolving public forum requests.
  • Working with technology based queries on public forums
  • Strong written, verbal, inter-personal, and presentation communication skills (English)
  • Proven ability to work in a global delivery model partnering with both on-site and offshore resources in a virtual team context.
