Job Description:
  • To drive/ manage all Change & Problem tickets by coordinating with app L2/3 teams with end-end ownership. Ensure 100% process adherence and manage customer/ stakeholder timely communication. Resource's expected skills are as below –
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, specially Incident, problem & change management
  • Good Analytical, Planning, Coordination and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people.
  • Client relationship management/communication
  • Weekly reporting, status updates etc.
  • Should possess strong ownership & accountability (GxP & all changes to be handled with 100% adhered to Client SOPs)
