Exempt/Non Exempt: Non-exempt Years Experience: 1-3 Skills: Works independently, self-motivated, needs strong organization and planning skills. Short order cooking, prepation of eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes and sandwiches, etc. Sandwiches, burgers, chicken, fried items ect. Knowledge of volume production and batch cooking. Able to follow written recipes and instructions for menu items. Operate slicer, grill, flat top, fryers, broiler. Knowledge to follow proper sanitation guidelines dating, rotating, ordering etc. Follow proper of cooking procedures, proactively utilizing leftovers. Ability to produce weekly grill specials menu. Time and temperature knowledge. Have the ability to adapt to change in a positive manner. Good attendance and work record. Self-motivated, works well within a team oriented concept and is ready to contribute. Cashiering experience. Sanitation Certification preferred. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with the capacity to adapt to change in a positive manner Education: High School diploma Duties:
