Support Analyst with some .Net Exposure

  • To prioritize tickets for offshore and act as liaise between business and IT teams.
  • Person need to be technically agnostistic
  • To be handling support in client facing roles with strong oral and written skills, dealing with end users and support teams, located at offshore.
  • The role will be to triage the incident queue, ensure priority tickets are assigned to the right teams, ensure business SLAs are met, clarify questions / concerns from business/ end users are addressed, look for levers to improve customer experience etc.
