IT Quality Assurance Analysst
Duration: 12 months
Location: Des Moines, IA
Qualifications:
Preferred knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing disciplines along with experience with all phases and stages of testing (Functional, System, Integration, and User Acceptance). Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and project management skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills necessary to identify programming errors or inconsistencies and the ability to recommend solutions. Focus on continuous improvement - both with our solutions and as individuals. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Embracing and driving forward a "team first" culture. Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment. Understanding of business procedures and financial services operations and products preferred. Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field, or equivalent work experience (6 years of experience equates to an Associate’s degree when defining “equivalent work experience”). Development in any modern technologies or languages (Ex: Java, JavaScript, .NET, Ruby, Python, etc.). Quality Assurance testing exposure. Additional preferred technical experience would include: Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence), experience with automated testing tools (we use Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver, SQL, Applitools, etc.), flexibility to move from Feature work to Operational work, ability to drive out critical tests based off risk and articulate the plan for testing to varied audiences, technical aptitude plus experience with Secure Software and exposure to SAFe.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: Work with developers and architects to drive and build out automation that supports continuous integration and regression (both new and existing code) and identify high-risk or high-touch applications or processes and work towards building automated solutions.
