Salesforce PM - SFDC Agile PM with Certified Scrum Master is highly preferred (even over deep SFDC experience)

Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree required; masters preferred
  • 10+ years' experience in SFDC project management
  • Experience in Agile teams
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Expertise in conflict resolution
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
  • Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Apex,Visualforce, Configuration, Best Practices, Lightning
  • Experienced in handling Salesforce deployments

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Managed Services model implementation
  • Metrics driven management of projects and service delivery
  • Drive WBR, MBR and QBR with the respective client stakeholders
  • Tracking and monitoring work packets related to TOMO
  • Define, capture and measure performance metrics
  • Lead Project meetings/scrum calls and set expectations for project team
  • Facilitate to ensure there is no disruption to the service delivery
  • Facilitate code reviews and ensure best practice implementation in projects
  • Participate in design & build activities to ensure smooth delivery
  • Engage Salesforce COE to leverage tools & accelerators
  • Owns staffing needs for the program
  • Tailor processes per client and Cognizant best practices
  • Conducts RCA for improvement of service levels
  • Identifies OKRs and ensure they are implemented within committed timeline
  • Ensures that the team is productive and utilized per agreed standards
  • Takes ownership of maintaining trix related to the projects financials as required by Client operations
  • Ensures invoicing accuracy
  • Maintains and owns timesheets of associates
  • Fosters innovation and best practices
