Job Summary:
The Architect for ServiceNow will be responsible for platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management and platform strategy. The Architect will be driving the business engagement for the ServiceNow platform

· Builds and drives the ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap for the enterprise
· Recommend and negotiate technical solutions for stakeholders
· Provide thought leadership and ensure business engagement is aligned with ServiceNow platform strategy
· Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices for the ServiceNow Platform
· Build platform architecture for future expansion to various business operations

Job Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree
· Master's degree preferred
· Certifications in ServiceNow
Experience:
· 12 or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
· 4 or more years of ServiceNow experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
These are the observable and measurable attributes and skills required to perform successfully the essential functions of the job and are generally demonstrated through qualifying experience, education, or licensure/certification.
· Experience with implementing solutions on ServiceNow platform across various modules – ITSM, CMDB, HR, Asset, Demand & Resource and custom applications
· Understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integrations – SSO, LDAP, REST, SAML etc.
· Extensive experience in an environment engaging with senior leadership
· Experience with building ServiceNow platform roadmap
