Job Description:

Veeva support lead:
1) Veeva Configuration & Administration
2) Salesforce Configuration
3) Ability to work hands on Veeva changes, Salesforce changes(Configuration, VF Page, Apex Class, Trigger etc.)
4) Support Knowledge (Salesforce or Veeva)
5) At least 1-2 Salesforce Certification

Veeva Support lead and responsible for performing hands on development/enhancement as well as manage the overall US Veeva support delivery.
This profile will be responsible to co-ordinate with Customer stakeholders as well as co-ordinate with offshore team.
Significant enhancement/release work along with Ticket based BAU support are taken care by this engagement and this profile is expected to be the onshore lead and POC for this support engagement.
