Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Planning and managing large scale projects across the Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service domains
  • Ensuring that priorities are set as well as planning the time and human resources required for the projects
  • Planning the resources required to successfully implement the systems on time, cost and quality
  • Managing umbrella programs for the overall observation of several related projects
  • Analyzing the interdependencies within the portfolio and conducting the required risk analyses
  • Responsible for supporting the project managers in developing the business case, defining the RFPs,applying, presenting, managing,concluding and post-calculating the costs of projects
  • Regular reporting on the project/program progress: Indicates problems and risks; recommends corrective action
  • Coordinating, escalating andfollowing up on issues.
  • Translating recurring issues and problems into fundamental solutions
  • Identifying problems and opportunities within processes,independently seeking solutions with the involvement of other colleagues and clients
  • Handling client expectations in a professional manner Commissions, steers and monitors external service providers working on the project

Qualification
  • SFDC process knowledge
  • Customer Data Management process knowledge
  • 3+ Customer Data Management and governance
  • Relevant industry experience(Biotech, Pharma, Life Science)
  • Relevant functional domain knowledge (sales, marketing,territory management and incentive compensation, customer service,customer data management and governance, business intelligence
  • and data warehousing)
  • 8+ years project management experience on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Certified PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Strong hands-on platform experience - must understand and be able to effectively manage the implementation of Salesforce configuration and visual force
  • Knowledge of ETL, integration and migration tools using Oracle database and Informatica middleware products, as well as SAP PI
  • Integration experience with SAP
  • ERP and Oracle ERP systems is a strong plus
  • Strong planning, conflict resolution, analytical/problem solving skills with ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge in Application Lifecycle and Implementation processes (e.g. PMI, Agile)
  • Superior communicator experienced in global, multi cultural project setup at multiple hierarchical organizational levels
