Operating performance analysis and portfolio recommendations
Support the Operations team function by managing and tracking various sales productivity and performance indicators through the use of Salesforce and offline tools.
Extract complex data sets, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of advanced sales models and programs to determine what programs should start, stop or continue
Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers
Support teams with annual and long-term planning, including revenue potential, product mix, pipeline management, sales trends and coverage models
Clearly communicate sales management objectives and performance to field sales teams to facilitate continuous improvement of sales operations
Analyze sales quota and compensation levers for the region
Process efficiency and automation
Participate in the development, implementation and automation of critical sales processes, tools and dashboards
Ensure the sales teams understand tools and processes designed to help increase productivity (eg,
Partner effectively with regional contacts and multiple functions (eg, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Legal, Supply Chain, etc) to accelerate and scale sales programs
Ensure timely execution of all project deliverables while navigating ambiguity

B.A./B.S. degree level in an analytical field
5+ years of experience with sales operations, sales analytics, sales finance and/or strategy consulting roles in a leading technology company
Knowledge of or other CRM tools and advanced skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, SQL and reporting tools.
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving experience with business judgment and capacity to present insights and recommends in a clear, accurate and compelling manner
Personable and professional with ability to partner with cross-functional teams and be tenacious without being aggressive
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong project management and organizational skills to prioritize workloads, manage initiatives to completion, adjust to frequent changes and still meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated to work independently, effective time manager
Understanding of software and hardware industry sales models
Management consulting experience a plus
