SenDx Medical, Inc., an innovator in the blood analyzer industry, is currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Technicians for the Substrates Department. Primary responsibilities include: Perform manufacturing activities: 1. Set up and run screen printers 2. Material handling – refilling supplies, checking out/in pastes, paste measurement 3. Track material usage and data entry (business system) 4. Performing thickness measurements, screen measurements, viscosity measurements 5. Mixing pastes 6. Perform all activities in accordance with GMP/QSR requirements and established safety procedures. 7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: • High School Diploma with a minimum of one to three years' experience in a production environment. • Experience at a medical device assembly or screen printing preferred, but not required. • Must be able to read, write and speak English. • Must be able to follow written procedures and verbal instructions. • Must not have any chemical allergies, and must be willing and able to work with and around chemicals and solvents. • Assembly areas may contain adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes. • Must be willing and able to conform to clean room practices with regard to apparel and personal hygiene.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: MANAFACTURING JACK OF ALL TRADES TYPE OF CANDIDATE/ Previous experience in a smaller manufacturing team that was crossed trained in a heavy regulated assembly environment is what this manager needs.
  • (2 + years' experience required/ Working on multiple zones/lines in a manufacturing environment. This is a smaller environment so there will be cross training to cover the required production duties.
  • Experience at a Medical Device/Aerospace assembly or screen printing HIGHLY preferred
