Technical Skill :

o Messaging middleware like Kafka / MQ / Mirror Maker etc.
o Knowledge of Containers and container management systems like OpenShift etc is preferred
o Cloud exposure and experience is preferred

Job Description:
Primary responsibility is to lead the L1 and L2 support teams in the Omni-Channel fulfillment area
• L1 team
o Escalation point of contact for work done by the L1 team
o Ensuring that our L1 team has all the required SOPs for existing items that are being monitored
o Getting KT and SOPs for new apps or items that come under the scope of the L1 team. Ensuring frequent touch base with App Dev teams to get the required information from them
o Have an understanding of timing of Production releases and what functionalities are changing in each release. Understand impact these have on the existing L1 activities and if changes are needed, then coordinate with App Dev teams to get the required info
• L2 team
o Lead the L2 team which will be primarily responsible for triaging production incidents, keep lights ON, root cause analysis and minor bug fixes
o This person will also need to be hands on to start with
o Monitor and manage the capacity & skill set needs of the L2 team
o Measure and report certain metrics once the L2 team is settled
