.Net Developer Production Support

Job Responsibilities:
  • To prioritize tickets for offshore and act as liaise between business and IT teams.
  • Person need to be technically agnostic.
  • To be handling support in client facing roles with strong oral and written skills, dealing with end users and support teams, located at offshore.
  • The role will be to triage the incident queue, ensure priority tickets are assigned to the right teams, ensure business SLAs are met, clarify questions / concerns from business/ end users are addressed, look for levers to improve customer experience etc.

Required:
  • Excellent knowledge and Hands-on in Microsoft .NET and MSSQL Server
  • Prior Production support experience and Knowledge on Insurance Policy Administration systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and documentation skills are must
