Increases online traffic in multiple traffic channels. She/he will do this by identifying opportunities from traffic analysis, creating strategies for capitalizing on those opportunities, creating business cases to demonstrate opportunity, presenting to executives, launching projects, and overseeing those projects to completion. In the process, this person will operate independently and exercise her or his expertise in digital marketing.


JOB TITLE:

Digital Traffic Manager


JOB DUTIES:

Work independently to identify and assess opportunities to increase traffic to Telecommunication online properties, including web and app. Drive analytics teams and draw upon any relevant source, including Analytics team reports, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Paid Media team reports, CRM reports, and reports from vendors.
Work independently to create business cases justifying the strategies and demonstrating business opportunity. Business cases will be created in Excel with Powerpoint narratives.
Present strategies to executives to gain approval to launch the business opportunities as projects. Presentations will be both informal and formal and will include both Powerpoint decks and Excel based financial documents.
Work independently to launch said projects, providing overarching business accountability and oversight until completion.


MUST HAVE SKILLS:

Expert-level knowledge in multiple digital traffic types, including Direct, Paid Search, Display, CRM, Social, and other Earned Media.
Very high proficiency with Excel.
Very high proficiency with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
