Northrop Grumman is seeking a Telecom Project Analyst Assistant to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Raleigh, NC. This is an on-site position with no telecommute possibilities. This position is part of the Northrop Grumman's ETS Contract with the United States Postal Service, bringing top of the line professional technologists to their teams.

We are looking for a true team player who is self-motivator and possesses a high sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of integrity. This position will compile project data to determine the most efficient processes for the team’s success. You will enter data and review results to make process recommendations on an ongoing basis. We are looking for an individual who has experience with large projects in an enterprise environment.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Working with the customer to plan and integrate wireless providers into the postal network.
• Utilizing the Microsoft Office 2010 suite, including Visio for documentation and network diagrams and develop slides/presentations with Microsoft Suite 2013
• Working with MS Excel to track information and produce reports. Especially vLookup and Pivot Tables
• Compile project data while utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes.
• Evaluate large amounts of data from different sources to develop metrics and actionable summary reports
• Provide guidance to end-users with recommendations and processes.
Work incident tickets
• Compile project data while utilizing comprehensive business requirements, functional documentation and processes.
• Approve all new, modifications, and changes to US Government Client smartphone and feature phone devices through the ServiceNow and Pinnacle ordering system.
• Daily interaction with customers to assist with issues that may not be covered by the US Government Client help desk.
• Assist in the review and development of current and new knowledge base articles for ServiceNow and the US Government Client helpdesk.

Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• High School and 4 years additional education and/or experience.
• Experience in performing performance metrics and analysis of vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) reports.
• Advanced experience with Excel spreadsheets, (Formulas, Pivot Tables and Reports) Visio and PowerPoint.
• Experience with process analysis and working service delivery deployments.
• Must be able to multi task within a large project with strong emphasis on improving and optimizing current processes.
• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task on projects as needed.
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), and must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in last 5 years.
• Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years

• Experience in building strong and trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
• Experience working as part of a team working on a large project.
• Local to the Raleigh, NC area. This position does not provide relocation expenses.
