This position is within the PS Digital Enterprise team working as a process solution analyst with our project leads and internal customers on simple to complex problems within the SAP ERP system. We provide support services to our Business Operations groups within PS PG Americas. Assists with coordinating routine production support activities for processes/system issues being experienced by the business user community. Take the lead in responding to routine problems of users which involves resolving system issues with IT support team It will involve reviewing incoming issues raised by our business operations groups and help with problem-solving and resolution which will allow them to use SAP in performing their daily tasks. All functional areas are covered Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Finance, and Logistics. It will require a thorough knowledge of business processes being used in SAP. Strong analytical skills to investigate and troubleshoot with the Power Users and working with our IT partners to bring resolution to the issue(s). Involvement in the testing cycle when IT development work has been turned over for user acceptance testing (UAT). Working with the business power users to ensure changes are documented and communicated to the user groups for training purposes. Interface with cross-functional teams in meetings to address issues or get an understanding how the business processes will be impacted. Maintain the ticket issue status and reporting back to the power users and management. Participate in IT status meetings and Power User Community meetings (as necessary).
Possess 5+ years of process/system experience within an SAP ERP environment providing implementation or post business support for customers. Must possess a strong functional or business analyst background. Current or previous experience dealing with multiple areas within SAP (i.e. Sales/Distribution, Shipping/Delivery, Inventory/Warehouse, Materials Management (Purchasing, Master Data, etc.), FI-CO, Service Order/Repair, Production Planning, etc.). Must have worked within a cross-functional team on a SAP project or post business support. Comfortable working with all level of users and operational management. Must be able to take direction from the DIG team lead, project lead or supervisor. As well as take initiative to handle work assigned with little supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Must be able to put in writing, verbally express thoughts and convey information to various internal groups that will be using our services.
Very strong SAP usage across various ModulesWorking knowledge and use of standard MS Office Applications including SharePoint
Use of Social Media channels, SLACK
EDUCATION: Prefer a 4 year bachelor degree in Business or Information Technology field. Previous Six Sigma/Lean experience helpful. PMP certification (a plus but necessary).
