- 10+ years of SFDC experience
- Must have experience in managing 2 Salesforce Implementation as Salesforce Technical PM
- Must have Salesforce knowledge on Configuration, Customization & Integration
- Salesforce Health Cloud implementation is plus
- 10+ years of related experience including leading an organization through a CRM transition; project oversight experience required.
- Define and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligning Salesforce.com and the organizational goals.
- Ability to work with Head of Sales and Head of Account Management.
- Experience working within a global organization and interfacing with stakeholders across the globe.
- Internal Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce.com.
- Train internal staff on Saleforce.com.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
- Evangelize products through conversations and idea engagement at all levels within the organization.
- Monitor products operation to ensure engagement and success, interjecting where need to accomplish specific goals.
- Work with our customers Implementation, Sales and Support teams to gather requirements and determine road map for new product features as well as current product upgrades.
- Experience administering a large Salesforce Database required.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Experience with the Agile methodology and JIRA software
- Creative problem solver and out of the box thinker who can effectively collaborate with both technology and business partners to design new products/ applications
- Healthcare knowledge is a must
