Job Title: IPP Master Scheduler

Position: Master Scheduler/Integrated Program Plan (IPP) Scheduler

Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible)
Duration: Long Term Contract

Supporting an enterprise ERP replacement project for the Program Management Office (PMO)

The position responsibilities include:

Develops program-level Integrated Program Plan (IPP) schedule, and multiple project level schedules
Leads team meetings to develop work breakdown structures, task deliverables, effort estimates, resource requirements
Leads the process of establishing Cross Program Dependencies (CPDs) across the numerous project schedules and integrates them with the program schedule
Leads the program team in preparing for the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) prior to IPP baseline
Updates the IPP weekly by gathering task updates from the task owners and works with the project teams when critical milestone dates change
Presents IPP status including critical path, look ahead, and cross project dependency reports at the weekly IMS review
Works directly to develop reports and dashboards directly from Project
Verifies that the updates are an accurate representation of the work accomplished
Assists Workstream Leads with resource allocations and constraints, schedule and critical-path analysis

Required Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience with planning, preparing reports and presentations
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a scheduler on complex programs
8+ more years experience with Microsoft Project 2010/2013
Experience using Microsoft Project
Bachelors degree or higher
PMP or PMI-S fgvP certification

Preferred Experience:

Experience as a Master Scheduler supporting complex IT programs
Consulting experience

Additional skills:

Familiarity with SharePoint
Knowledgeable in resource loading
Experience with various SDLC methodologies
Schedule and scheduling-tool training experience
