Position Summary

The Sr. Software Solution Product Manager will own the vision, strategy & the partner ecosystem for building out Client marketplace, developer experience portal and the APIs that allow access to services & data on the ODSP platform

The Software Solution Product Manager will own the global solution enabler vision, ensuring alignment and prioritization decision of feedback collected from presales, sales, product management, field solution managers, customers and services in accordance with industry solution and portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and define market, competitive and voice of the customer analyses to determine requirements for Client Marketplace
  • Drive global solution enabler including business case, market requirements and sizing, creates solution roadmaps and drives product-level investment recommendations in-line with solution strategy
  • Own integrated solution enabler definition and coordination across product management within software and services.
  • Partner with the Go-To-Market team for establishing global pricing strategy and guidelines on solution enablers & GTM offers (including discount thresholds)
  • Creates epics and acceptance criteria for Marketplace & Dev Ex portal
  • Identify opportunities & lead discussions on enabling the partners through the API ecosystem & DevEx Portal
  • Own sales enablement strategy & coordination
  • Evangelize NCRs thought leadership in the industry
  • Collaboration with industry and cross industry enablers and solutions

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
  • 15 years of software industry experience with at least 1-2 years of experience on platforms and/or marketplace
  • Should have background in strategy, product management & business development
  • Strong Analytical thinker and mindset
  • Excellent external client facing skills with ability to hold, own and drive conversations with senior leaders within the client organization
  • Self-starter & individual contributor – need to have strong influencing skills and able to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Retail, Hospitality or Financial services industry background
  • Master Degree
