Associate Manager, CRM

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Focusing on lifecycle marketing to guide the customer purchases across our brands
  • Assist in developing customer communications contact plan for multi-channel marketing programs with the goals of driving traffic to stores, delivering incremental sales and profit, and building customer loyalty
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that promote customer loyalty and re-engage lapsed customers
  • Assisting in segmentation, targeting and the build of personalization capabilities across email, site, direct mail and media
  • Establishing proper follow through on automated triggers based on customer purchase behaviors
  • Partnering with internal channel owners such as Digital and Mobile to develop a more integrated CRM program
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in a direct marketing, CRM, or database marketing role
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and results-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun environment
  • Must have passion for the customer experience, retail a plus
  • Possess strong interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Naturally inquisitive and highly proactive, with desire to continuously improve current business
  • Able to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with strong presentation and story-telling skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
