Serialization Business Analyst

The EBP Business Analyst's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Facilitate requirements collection and definition for various enterprise business processes as required (primary focus on Compliance Reporting, but can span over other areas)
· Compliance reporting includes, but not limited to Product Master reporting, SN reporting and Sales Shipment reporting
· Liaise with stakeholders (SMEs, PMs, SR requestors, etc.,) to drive Service Requests from initiation to completion
· Develop business process maps and data flow visuals supplementing business stakeholders as needed
· Augment EBP Toolkit and ensure existing toolkits and procedures are leveraged where appropriate
· Support Enterprise Business Process stakeholders in the following activities:
· Provide clarification of mandate requirements
· Manage operational enhancements and integrations
· Assist in the creation of the support strategy and framework for long term operations
· Ensure compliance of solution against mandates in scope and other requirements
· Support requirements management process
· Work closely with other work streams to collaborate on deployment
· Ensure deployment of BT solution at each node in the network complies with Pharmaceutical quality standards (e.g., testing and documentation)
· Deliver training materials related to new and modified business processes
· For ongoing activities within the EBP space:
· Liaise with different stakeholders to support ongoing activities
· Track and manage lessons learned related to architecting business processes
· Track and manage work stream issues and risks and escalate to BTSE and the Program Team as required
· Report status on required frequency (bi-weekly)
