Should have in depth understanding of Complaint Management module(mandatory)
• Prior experience of playing onshore functional analyst role in other accounts
• Prior experience in CRM and Life Sciences is a must
• Should have excellent communication and articulation skills so as to improve customer relationship
• Drive Requirement workshops, understand customer requirements and convert it to business requirement, closely work with Technical lead in solution design, conduct demo with customers for technical delivery, setup customer expectations on the application to be delivered
• Single Point of contact on all functional delivery for customer
