Armstrong Flooring, Inc. (AFI), has a job opportunity for a SAP Financial Applications Architect to join the Application Solutions team located at our Lancaster, PA campus. The Architect is a member of the team of IT professionals responsible for the business solutions that support Armstrong Flooring Accounting/Tax/Treasury organizations. The SAP Financial Applications Architect will ensure the efficient configuration, development, testing and deployment of SAP (and ancillary application) solutions required to support these areas. The individual will also be engaged with our 3rd party delivery partner and end users to simplify processes, enhance and/or create new features and functions and/or help increase adoption through building of key user networks.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements on this position?
1. Must have SAP FI, SAP CO experience 2. Must have product costing, material ledger, special ledger, integration experience 3. Must have experience within a manufacturing setting 4. Experience leading and managing project team members 5. Strong understanding of FICO integrations with other modules like eWM, SD, MM, PS, FA and FI 6. Looking for someone that has worked directly with companies- not a life long contractor/consultant
What are the nice-to-have skills?
1. Experience with Taxware (or similar tax application) 2. Experience with SAP BW and SAP BPC 3. Hands on experience of new SAP technologies such as New GL, HANA and Simple Finance 4. Understanding of all aspects of a full life cycle implementation and production support, 1+ full life cycle SAP implementation is a plus
