As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machinery, monitor machine operations, and determine if the materials/products meet standards. Position Highlights
• Pay: $10.00- $12.00/hour (this is based on the type of machine operator position you're most qualified for)
• Hours: Flexibility is a must! We have openings on all shifts but they do require you to be flexible.
• Opportunity to go from contract to a full-time employee with the customer!
• Mandatory Overtime – Our customer is very busy and not slowing down anytime soon, be prepared to work approximately 48+ hours per week (for now)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consistently meeting production requirements
• Recognizing unsafe or defective products and correct problems
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Legibly filling out documentation such as process monitors, production tickets, and downtime reports
• Reading production schedules, work orders, and component drawings to assure product quality
• Performing other duties as assigned


Physical Demands and Work Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly required to sit; use hands or fingers (to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls) and talk or hear. You will occasionally be required to walk; stand; and reach with hands and arms.
• You must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and depth perception.
• While performing the duties of this job, you will frequently work near latex, hot melt machine, glue, solder, hot solder pot flux, activator, resin, nitrogen, silicone and lubricious polymer.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. You are not subjected to noise above OSHA levels without providing hearing protection, which will attenuate the noise to less than 85 db.
• The Personal Protective Equipment required to perform this job safely includes safety glasses and appropriate shoes.


Position Requirements
• High School diploma or General Education Degree GED required
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

• Must be able to use a calculator.
• Accurately able to measure weight, volume and temperature.
