Billing/Payment Operations Specialist

As part of the Billing/Payments Team, the Billing/Payment Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing a positive billing experience for LifeLock’s members while working collaboratively across multiple business units. Using your analytical and problem solving skills you’ll be trusted to execute operational tasks, on a regular basis, including: reviewing operational and control reports while taking appropriate action to resolve issues, resolving member inquires received from Member Services, and completing operational tasks (ex: chargebacks, checks, miscellaneous audits, etc.).
In this role you’ll have a tremendous impact on meeting and exceeding member expectations as it relates to their billing experience as well as helping to ensure accurate and timely billing of LifeLock members.

Ensure accurate and timely billing by auditing numerous reports and taking the appropriate action(s) to resolve issues while escalating trends and errors to management and stakeholders accordingly.
Respond accurately and timely to research requests, escalated issues, and incoming questions by providing information and explaining policies and procedures while supporting a win-win experience for LifeLock and its members.
Accurately process chargebacks; expediently and effectively escalate any fraudulent (or expected fraudulent) activity in order to provide proactive fraud prevention.
Work cross-functionally to provide billing support to Finance, Accounting, Member Services, and/or Partner Operations teams with all credit card payment processing.
Following established policies and procedures by communicating proactively with other business units on any billing issues that might impact LifeLock and its members.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, work instructions, job aids, learning materials, etc. for the effective communication and transparency into billing functions.
