Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions):
The position requires an experienced and well-rounded IT professional responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing network infrastructure and application components while meeting company security standards. Employee will perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure network performance meets company and user satisfaction. Additionally, the position will provide direction, information, and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
**The position will be located in our North Tampa corporate office through mid-2018 after which the position will be based out of our new state of art building now under construction located off Waters Ave / Veterans Parkway.**
Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or applicable professional certification and/or two to four years relevant technical and analytical experience.

What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements on this position?
1. 5+ years administering and operating enterprise wide area networks, including extensive experience with Data Center, LAN, WAN, Network, Security, VoIP (H.323/SIP) solutions and architectures preferably utilizing Cisco Nexus and Catalyst technology. 2. 5+ years of enterprise network architecture, design and implementation with multiprotocol label switching virtual private networks (MPLS-VPN) and Multiprotocol BGP (MP-BGP) in addition to SD-WAN technology and practices. 3. 5+ years of VMware, Linux and Windows administration and hardening experience. 4. 5+ years administering and configuring network security solutions such as firewalls, load balancers, intrusion prevention systems, web filtering solutions, email gateways, and network access control (NAC) preferably with Cisco ASA\NGFW and/or Citrix NetScaler solutions 5. Very strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
What are the nice-to-have skills?
1. Strong server administration experience preferably with Cisco UCS blade technology. 2. Storage administration experience preferably utilizing 3PAR SAN technologies or other All Flash Arrays (AFA) vendors. 3. Experience implementing and supporting VoIP/IP-PBX telephone systems and infrastructures preferably Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCX). 4. Web server administration in Microsoft IIS and Apache Tomcat webservers with strong working knowledge of cryptography and system hardening best practices. 5. Strong knowledge of Domain Name Service (DNS) with experience implementing and maintaining Global Load Balancing (GLBS). 6. In-depth Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO knowledge within a multi-site/multi-domain structure. 7. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 technologies. 8. Web application firewall experience. 9. Router\Switch hardening practices preferably with Cisco technology. 10. In-depth experience with backup and recovery technologies such as LTO tape arrays, backup-to-disk technologies and archiving standards preferably Veeam Backup and EMC Data Domain. 11. Experience with network management systems (NMS) and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions such as Splunk, HP ArchSight, PRTG as well as other SNMP\WMI based tools. 12. Knowledge of wireless technologies such as 802.1 a/b/g/n, WPA2 and wireless intrusion prevention (WIPS) preferably with Cisco Meraki and Cisco Air Marshal. 13. Experience maintaining NIST and PCI compliance status.
