Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs.
Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors.
Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing.
Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts.
Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.
10+ years application development and implementation experience.

External files for consumption but the more consumers mean more ext files... the data is feeding through at different times which is leading to a huge backlog... trying to take advantage of Cloud services to help with this issue (want to move to a centralized structure so that users can subscribe to changes in the application)
Web APIs or WCF
Experience is considered a plus. Won’t use these now but would be beneficial to overall structure. They would want to leverage the cloud and these skills
Micro Services and Azure exp?
Having it would be awesome but if someone is willing to learn, that’s fine too
Data Access: Entity Framework
Methodology: using hybrid of Waterfall and Agile. Leaning more toward Agile at the moment and will continue to push to Agile (currently releases are still Waterfall)
Testing Framework: N unit. Not required... they have a team that handles everything but exp is nice to have
