Work Experience/ Skills REQUIRED
The Principal responsibility for this role will be to serve as projects focused resource within the Voice/Network Delivery team. Coordinate with customers and peer resources in execution of enterprise voice/network project requests throughout the life cycle of the project. This may include coordination with demand management, technical design, coordination of provisioning, configuration and physical implementation of enterprise networking solutions.
Experience supporting or deploying Skype for Business in softphone and physical device.
Experience porting phone numbers between telephone companies
Strong experience with VoIP and TDM voice solutions. Specific experience with Cisco Call Manager and CME platforms is desired.
Customer focus, excellent communication, collaboration, and critical/economic thinking skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Work Experience/ Skills PREFERRED
Education REQUIRED
CCNA (Routing & Switching, Voice, or wireless) certification.
Basic understanding of Object Oriented Programming or scripting with Python
Prior experience with administration of enterprise networks.
3+ years of network and voice experience
Physical Demands/ Unusual Working Conditions
Will they contractor be expected/allowed to work from home? Yes, on site preferred though

Will the role include:
Travel – travel will not be required, but there may be opportunities for training or large meetings.
2nd or 3rd Shift Work – Dependent on implementation schedule but should be minimal.
On Call Duties – no specified on call.
Additional Details: we have 2-3 open roles for resources to assist in large company wide deployments migrating users from traditional PBX or VoIP solutions to cloud voice using Skype for Business.
