Location: Orlando, Florida
Organizes and maintains office supplies/files. Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, and equipment; answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and direct callers to appropriate parties, as necessary; sorts and distributes mail, fax, make copies, files. Prepares, composes, and edits complex memos, documents and other correspondence. Prepares presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Maintains database information.

Detailed list of duties:

- Maintain Team Kanban board (track specific actions)
- Keep SharePoint/synchplicity up to date (structure and permissions)
- Maintain over all schedule and travel schedule
- Meeting support, set up, scheduling, supplies
- Track purchase orders
- Work with managers in support of creating job descriptions
- Organize and maintain group processes and Division of Responsibility documents
- Expense reports and travel planning
- R&D administration
- Periodic reporting
- Excel experience with Pivot tables, Macros, Think-cell
- Administrative tasks as needed (supplies, office admin)
