Day to Day Responsibilities:
The ERMT-Access Management Solutions group provides development and support for the Enterprise Access Management Group and Enterprise Information Management Group. This Web Systems Engineer is responsible for all build, support, customization, and configuration activities for the Identity and Access Management Program. The vendor product in which this work will be performed is the Oracle Identity and Governance suite which provides customers with a single comprehensive, platform for access request, provisioning, role lifecycle management, access certification, closed loop remediation and privileged account management. It is based primarily on a variety of Oracle products such as java, BPEL, WebLogic, and Oracle DB.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Access Management or Information Security, Oracle Identity products are a must, BI, SOA, or integration of vendor products using configuration and customization.
The ideal candidate will act in a technical engineering role providing technical guidance and consultation with developers, clients and IT management for various environments. Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with Access and Identify management suites of application, which includes installations, upgrades and deployments. Utilizes advanced techniques and methods to integrate middleware technologies with existing systems, enabling the creation of new or expanded enterprises. Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Serves as an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems involving the maintenance and/or creation of applications and their integration into the existing systems environment. Works projects, allocates and manages resources and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.
