Job Roles / Responsibilities:
  • 7 or more years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) toolset (Version 10.x preferred).
  • Proficiency in IDQ development around data profiling, cleansing, parsing, standardization, verification, matching and data quality exception monitoring and handling
  • Excellent knowledge on Informatica platform as a whole and the integration among different Informatica components and services
  • Excellent data analysis and data profiling skills using Informatica and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of data governance principals
  • Strong experience on data quality development process, issue management, and data remediation
  • Experience and understanding with unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures
  • Experience with at least one end to end Master Data Management implementation is required
  • •Must possess good oral and written communication and presentations skills with the ability to lead meetings effectively
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
  • Strong work ethic with a highly positive, hands-on, can-do attitude, and flexible team player
  • Proficiency using versioning tools and proficiency using debugging tools
  • Proficiency programming in more than one object oriented programming language
  • Proficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite and flowcharting tools such as Visio
  • High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
  • Experience mentoring / or leading other development staff
  • Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness
  • Experience using Agile methodology.
