Roles and responsibilities:

Must Have skills- Lead with Mainframe M2O4 experience

• Associate would be responsible to manage and analyze existing applications/software systems in scope for any technical issues, upgrade and implement new software, develop and document SOPs, manage SLA/OLA and publish performance report.
• Work as SME in Application support environment, providing guidance to the support team and take ownership to resolve issues
• Incident, problem and change management including implementation of workarounds and changes
• SLA Adherence for Operational KPIs and timely updates with finding about any issues impacting Operational SLA
• Delivery of high quality end-to-end service by ensuring successful roll-out, configuration, integration and testing of the operated applications, with applications managed by other teams
• Interface with different team and stake holders
• Timely escalation to 3rd Party vendors
• Manage service request fulfillment based on priority
• Evaluate and provide guidance to the team on application support, configuration and troubleshooting
• Communicate with counterpart of Customer to understand their concern and expectation as well as escalation handling
• Familiarity with DR
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organization and planning skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work through obstacles and roadblocks
• Strong detail orientation, follow-through capabilities and escalation of key issues, superior analytical and problem solving skills
