Primary Vendor's Note to Vendor(s)(10/17/2017 8:45 AM (EST), Nicole Sandridge, Agile 1)
I spoke with the manager this morning and he is highly upset with the response on this position. The common skills he is looking for is ETL, Database Design, basically a strong candidate who can design tables and write SQL. The candidates must possess the skills listed in the skills section on the job order. They also must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. This position will stay open until it is filled. This job order has gone out to 21 suppliers, I will need to have conversations with Dominion Energy leadership regarding why Agile-1 vendors are not able to find the right candidates. Please continue to work this position.

Client's Note to Vendor(8/2/2017 8:38 AM (EST), Ajit N Mandgi, Dominion Energy)
We do not want candidates with skills limited to any specific tool(s). Please refer to my previous answer on this subject below. We use Talend and Cognos Data Manager.for ETL

This was my previous answer:

ETL developer Oracle with Oracle experience a must, We do use SQL Server and DB2 as data sources.

Our ETL tools are not as popular as Informatica, Abinitio etc. so we do not want to make it a required criteria

Focus is on concepts and understanding of the methodologies involved related to Data warehousing architecture, RDBMS, SQL and performance tuning
