Job Description:
• Application support 24 X 7 ( includes engaging in priority incidents, change implementation and change validations)
• Should be able to make BPM code changes, code reviews, deploy the snapshots and work with BPM admin team on any BPM infrastructure issues
• Should have very good knowledge in oracle, Java, APM tools like Splunk, AppMon, DCRUM etc.,
• Able to engage and drive priority issues. Able to provide information to the stakeholders regarding the application errors/behavior by viewing APM tools.
• Able to effectively co-ordinate with offshore, interface, delivery, project, QAS teams and deliver things on time.
• Require excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Should engage in the intake/release/change/incident/problem management processes.
• Respond to emails quickly with action items and ETAs. Effectively communicate and close the email threads after gathering all required stake holder consent.
• Effective analysis of change impacts and Off-hour change validation for the application by working with the LOB.
• Should be able to prioritize and drive all the relevant support priorities including ( Incident , change, problem, knowledge , Risk Management, engagement with projects etc).
