· Experience in administration of tools/platform for Spotfire and BOBJ
• Installation, configuration, patching, hot fixes, upgrades, migrations, deployments of Spotfire and BOBJ
• Regular monitoring of platform and health checks
• Troubleshooting the performance issues related to memory utilization, CPU utilization etc.
• Experience in coordination of various environment teams as well as 3rd party vendors
• Creation of SOPs, support manuals, Knowledge artifacts/KEDB, standards for production environment
• Exposure to client interactions and possess strong communication skills
• Well versed with tools - Spotfire and BOBJ
• Work with offshore and onsite teams (as applicable) in ensuring successful delivery for application maintenance (AM) work
• Drive continuous service improvements including incident reduction, automation and other service improvements through various Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) levers
• Work with Customer IT and business teams for the enhancement work including requirement gathering and finalization
• Review/update/create required documents for enhancements as applicable including detailed estimate, technical and functional design and so on
• Track/monitor the whole SDLC cycle for enhancements
• Ability to understand domain and landscape and become application SME over the course of time
• Interact with Business users, third party vendors for day-to-day work as applicable
