  • Preferred completion of 2-year technical college or vocational training.
  • Minimum of 5 years working in an industrial environment in a related capacity PLC, VFD and E&I.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the continuous improvement team
  • Willing and able to upgrade skills to work with new technology
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within working conditions of temperature average of 90+ degrees with possible high humidity, cold or wet environments
The primary responsibility for this position is the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of the process systems, including site auxiliary equipment, in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires strong working knowledge of governing Electrical Code and Safety requirements. The candidate will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals and objectives of the company. Experience in the food industry and knowledge of GMP's are a plus.

Paul Costephens - Production Manager, Manufacturing Hours – 40 per week – Monday – Friday, on call, up to 25% for initial start-up. Call in- pay min 4 hours Time 1⁄2 over 40 hours. up to 35/hour Industrial contractor – Lee Mechanic. (do not touch) Would prefer to do sign-on then relo.

Focus – E&I (Engineering & Integration), PLC, VFD (Variable Frequency Drives) Supporting and maintaining systems, trouble shooting up to 35/hour
