Job Description:
  • Position is for ADP - HRIS module.
  • To facilitate the collection of business requirements, write specifications and review processes for the purposes of baseline of system improvement. This key role will aid the functional teams in gathering business requirements, analyzing data and helping the organization in determining customization vs. configuration specifically with ADP HRIS, Kronos and Concur systems.
  • Candidate will support ADP HRMS and Payroll hosted environments, along with strong hands-on functional skills.
  • Candidate will assist with analysis, review of errors and defects, report design, review of system functionality for process improvements, writing of functional specifications and liaison with the technical team in achieving results.
  • Responsible for the oversight of an end to end data management model supporting the full set of HR and payroll data.
  • Supports HRIS Change Control practices/processes, SOX policies & practices, audit requirements and procedures.
  • Financial, Payroll, HRMS business process experience is must.
  • Strong communication, and past experience of managing support teams for HRMS/Payroll and Finance business users

    Good to have:
  • Experience with ADP Payroll, Kronos, ADP HRMS, PeopleSoft, Concur, Cornerstone, WinFlex, OrgPlus and Oracle EBS
  • Previous advertising/media experience
