Business Analyst

Location: Melbourne, Florida
Responsibilities include:
• Interface closely with the PMO, Application Services, and business management to validate purchase requests
• Enforce PMO standards and procedures as well as maintain process documentation

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships

• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to ensure timely submittal of purchase orders
• Resolve purchase order discrepancies and invoicing issues
• Follow up with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice processing as needed
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and government regulations

Basic Qualifications: .
• Experience in purchasing and renewing maintenance contracts
• Experience analyzing data and developing reports in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of software license maintenance contracts
• Familiarity with procurement process
• Work well in cross functional team environment
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly present approaches and findings
