Senior Business Analyst, Digital & e-Commerce

Important to have employment continuity in either Client or Pharma or retail.They are looking for strong communication (business facing), energetic, multi-task and less than 10 years experience. Data and Analytics savvy.

We are NOT looking for strong technical or PMO background. Looking more functional, communication and business facing skills along with technology background (analytics or BI or anything web development related).
Looking for profiles having experience around 7-8 years in this space. Plus this position is business facing and not technical. Required to have 75% functional expertise/skills and around 25% technical/analytics knowledge

An excellent opportunity for seasoned Business Analyst in IT, located in the Ewing, NJ headquarters. The Business Analyst is responsible for developing insights and analysis to improve digital marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience. The position works with brand marketers and the direct to consumer business, e-Commerce, and lead/liaison analytics development team in IT, to deliver effective reports and insights on campaign performance.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate, analyze and lead techno functional business process across marketing and sales departments.
Analyze retail and direct marketing campaign performance, lead and participate in multiple sales, e-commerce and marketing client facing applications
Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and functional direction. Act as functional SME across business/brands owners educate and training. Designs, recommend, and implements methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured data. Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies.
Leverage data to gain insight into trending, sentiment levels, user experience and behavior to advise on the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies
Partner with analytics development team to ensure data quality, functional documentation, process maps and agile driven project deliveries.
Monitor, track and report on customer experience metrics from test campaigns, acquisition campaigns, A/B testing and offer testing, across all direct marketing campaigns
Innovative, self-starter with acumen to understand and drive both business and technical streams.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or complimentary discipline (Marketing, Mathematics, Finance)
5 plus years' experience in digital analytics, marketing, and e-commerce analytics in Client, OTC, Cosmetic or Pharma industry.
Experience with e-commerce, direct marketing, and statistical modeling is a plus
Proficiency across all Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical skills using a data driven approach
Good knowledge of business intelligence tools and statistical modeling methods is a big plus.
Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
Ability to prioritize, lead project delivery, business facing, problem solve and communicate solutions
