The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager role is to ensure stability, maintainability, reliability, and client service.

Manage and oversee an application support team providing 24/7 support for critical issues. Ensure application support team follows processes and meets service level agreements for incident response and resolution. Push for continuous improvement on the application support team in all areas.

Work with internal and external development teams to properly hand off code, processes, and hosting obligations to the operations team for proper support.

Manage relationships with other operational teams bother internally and externally and establish structure and processes for clear handoffs for operational activities. Establish and document clear processes and ensure updating of central knowledge base.

Serve as primary escalation point for critical issues affecting stability and reliability.

Experience / Good exposure in modern client-server systems operations. The understanding of internet, web, and system configuration is needed.
