Key Job Functions
  • Identify, manage and monitor progress towards assigned action items relating to production operations and ongoing SDLC project activities. Drive closure of work items by facilitating and leading discussions with internal/external client teams. Leading discussions with internal/external client teams on weekly status, issues and risks.
  • Provides support to resolve complex inquiries that require internal communication, collaboration, and consultation with project teams and external client teams.
  • As necessary, supports the Leadership team by performing periodic surveys of customers in an effort to continually improve the overall client engagement experience.
  • Support periodic updates and management of external/customer facing documentation including business readiness, integration and technical specification documentation.
  • Effectively support change management discussions relating to application/platform changes with appropriate stakeholder (internal/external) groups. Execute and enhance existing change management processes and governance.
