We're seeking a versatile Inside Sales leader with experience growing and leading Solutions Sales teams in the Financial Industry supporting the Community Financial Institution market.

As a member of the North American Financial Solutions Sales Organization responsibilities will be focused on ensuring profitable and aggressive growth of Client's Financial Solutions to mid-tier banks and financial institutions. This includes the management of an Inside Sales Team to drive revenue goals through direct sales initiatives and attainment of a sales quota. Significant emphasis is placed on successfully educating and conveying Client's position as the leading global provider of Self-Service technology to Community Financial Institution audiences.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for lead generation, demand creation and revenue generation supporting the overall sales goal by winning new strategic software, services and hardware business. This role will lead a team of 10 – 15 inside sales and sales development resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Position is responsible for creating lead generation and outbound call strategies to support Client's market share gain goals
  • Position requires ability to manage multi-channel Sales strategy across Community Bank and Credit Union Market in both the physical and digital markets.
  • Position required to coach team to sell solutions and services to secure new opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability and increasing Client's market share; Ensures execution of the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel; Ensures team is focused on account planning for new Client products in both existing and new users of Client products and solutions
  • Ensures team is building relationships with prospective and competitive customers; Drives interface in defining customer needs and Client's ability to meet those needs through Client branch solutions; Establishes the team to be the liaison between the customer and Client for market feedback in regard to issues for new customer escalating any roadblocks to securing the business; Drives proposing and closing deals in the above mentioned solutions
  • Leads pre-identified prospects and existing customers within an assigned territory; Partners with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities
  • Position requires strong prospecting and proposing skills, ability to build customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in Client; Must be focused on the development of new business opportunities and closing new accounts allowing us to aggressively penetrate competitive accounts leading to long term business relationships


Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years + of related business and inside sales management experience along with a proven track record of success in technology sales and leadership
  • In-depth experience and understanding of the financial market (preferably in the mid-tier banking sector) and related competition
  • Background in SaaS and Application Software – with an emphasis on creating volume (vs. value)
  • Manage the sales process and develop a strategies to drive demand creation and lead generation which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company's offerings.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners enabling them to experience greater business value from our company.
  • Experience in developing and executing solution sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with the stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, HR, Support Services, Marketing and Professional Services
  • Ability to work and manage in a matrix management environment.
  • Lead, coach and develop sales teams in growth environments

  • Master's degree - MBA
  • Strong Executive Presence
  • Leadership of a sales organization focused on Inside Sales activity inclusive of complex solutions (HW/SW/Services)
  • Project management skills; Client and Business plan management proficiency
