Job Description: Responsible for all phases of the operation, (process and sanitation) of the Dry Blend area. Primary responsibility will be lifting 55lb bags of product approximately 60 times per hour throughout the duration of the shift. Effectively communicate

Shifts: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Available; Candidates must be willing to rotate shifts as needed. This could be a temp-to-hire position for the ideal candidate. However, any temp-to-hire positions would be 3rd shift only. Therefore preference is being given to those that are at least open to future 3rd shift positions.



Conduct routine maintenance functions to ensure maximum equipment efficiency.
Accurate product scaling to ensure compliance to the declared label weight.
Responsible for accurate product change-over.
Product must be clear of microbiological contamination by following plant GMPs.
Responsible to learn and know how to operate cook equipment
Perform accurate recipe changes for color, salt, phosphates and whey solid variation.
Knowledge of CIP system and piping.
Effectively clean all tear down equipment.
Conduct in-process tests to ensure product to specification.
Able to work efficiently and think clearly. Responsible for accurate product change-overs.
Follows the FIFO procedure for raw material usage.
Product must be clear of microbiological contamination by following plant GMP's and sanitation procedures.
Able to record, read, and accurately interpret weights.
Responsible for HACCP and CCPs for the job.
Understanding applications of substitution for different raw materials
Complete documentation accurately.
Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Must be willing and able to demonstrate leadership skills and behavior which will contribute to the overall team effectiveness.
Planning and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Basic math skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Shares responsibility for housekeeping and cleanliness with other team members.
Insures compliance with all GMP guidelines.
Perform other duties as directed by the facilitator or supervisor
