Job Summary:
  • The Learning Support Coordinator will be part of a dynamic team responsible for: ​
  • Door to door classroom material deliveries in Everett manufacturing location.
  • Supporting over 160 classrooms, labs and conference rooms in the Puget Sound.
  • Point of contact for LTD material requests, production control and issues resolution.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer service in words, appearance and actions.
  • Maintain a physical presence and perform duties on customer's sites during on call support hours.
  • Manage mail code locations that receive classroom material deliveries.
  • Demonstrate superior time management skills as required for independent field work around the Puget Sound.
  • Provide support for door to door delivery of training materials from client's print services and inbound vendor shipments.
  • High level of attention to detail while maintaining and continually supporting classrooms, labs, and conference rooms
  • Perform proficient skills in Microsoft operating systems XP and Seven, all Microsoft Office applications and website utilizations that are currently used.
  • Provide on call support to Lead Instructors, TDSS Resource Focals, Site Services/Facilities and the TDSS Material Support POC.
  • Support material delivery requests including searching out misplaced materials and processing unused paper based materials at all mail stops, classrooms and labs supported by the TDSS Group II contracts in the Puget Sound.
  • The use of defined delivery processes and tools to provide service and deliverables on time and on budget as requested by our customers and Conduent.
  • Restock Tools & Supplies
  • Work hand in hand with the M&Q manager. Anticipate their needs, report solutions back on their problems when solved. Adaptability and responsiveness to client requirements
  • Distribute new work and solutions to the Logistics and Room Conditioning rolls properly as per the SOW.
  • Exchange Certified Tools
  • Update Kit resource requirements
  • Monitor Levels and Dates
  • Refill Back stock for Lab Supplies and Consumables
  • Order Specialty Lab Items, Student Coupons and Aircraft Parts
  • Assist course managers in course development
  • Coordinate resources Puget Sound wide
  • Communicate issues to the Delivery Services Manager
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Requirements:
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
  • Handling of hazardous cleaners may be required. Gloves are provided.
  • Pick up, carry, and distribute materials up to 40 lbs.
  • All supplier resources are expected to be us citizens to ensure ability to access all applicable areas.
  • Personnel will be required to work on client owned or leased property and must be able to meet standard identification requirements and agree to ethical and professional conduct guidelines. Additionally, computer, security, and ethics training onsite attendance are required.

  • Empty trash & recycle bins
  • Support respirator cabinets
  • Ensuring all PCs are operational
  • Scanning barcode CIIT equipment
  • Ensuring dry erase boards are clean
  • Support all audio equipment requests
  • Organizing desktops and push in chairs
  • Provide first aid kit support and stocking
  • Organizing carts and/or projector stands
  • Order print requests through the GRP NW LTD mailbox
  • Ensuring instructor's station is arranged back to uniform setup
  • Troubleshooting both minor computer and audio/visual issues
  • Coordinate equipment replacements and setup with the CIIT focals
  • Submit and manage service requests for furniture, HVAC, janitorial, etc. in all classrooms identified as supporting in the master classroom database.
