R​eason for opening:
  • We're looking to replace an existing teammate on our Reporting team (Team Excelsior). For this contract we're looking for candidates that are seeking long term employment via a temp to hire route. Candidates for this role should demonstrate previous reporting experience with designing and developing original reports with proven business results. Candidate will also be responsible for running a balance of recurring reports while supporting strategic advancements to our reporting environment. Higher qualified candidates should also demonstrate the ability to lead among peers and maintain accountability for group work.

Job Responsibilities:
  • The ROPS Report Developer is a developer who is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of business critical reports and dashboards. The Report Developer will work closely with other members of Team Excelsior to deliver accurate and insightful metrics and information to their partners in Revenue Operations. The Report Developer will work in a collaborative environment with developers and other teammates on Team Excelsior who will have different roles on the team.

Report Development:
  • Translates business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards, created from multiple data sources using tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, and/or other approved tools

Maintenance:
  • Provides support, as required, to ensure the availability, accuracy, and performance of developed reports and dashboards
  • 20%
Reporting:
  • Exhibits an advanced understanding of our technology platforms and information systems with an ability to run, troubleshoot, QA and deliver recurring reporting on a set schedule
  • 20%
Administrative:
  • Create and maintain documentation related but not limited to reporting, processes, training, etc.
  • 10%
Other duties as assigned:

Skills:
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Required.
  • Experience with database structure and data design - Required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing reports in MS Excel, MS Access - Required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience developing dashboards in Tableau or other BI platform - Required.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-4 Years reporting experience required.
