Job Duties:
  • Review, understand and communicate the content of the Technical requirements/specifications.
  • Identify the most relevant solution by balancing compliance, company strategy and cost.
  • Identify and communicate risks.
  • Develop schedule and resources estimates in cooperation with multiple departments.
  • Develop cost estimates in cooperation with multiple departments.
  • Write sections of the proposals.
  • Participate in internal reviews.
  • Participate in presentations to and negotiations with potential customers.
  • Use and maintain baseline material for responses.
  • Identify and communicate market trends.
  • Support the sales team.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Thorough and detail oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong proposal design skills to communicate information with impact.
  • Ability to juggle simultaneous bids at various stages and with various complexities.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors/teaming partners, sales, consultants, subject matter experts.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience (desired, not mandatory)
  • Master's degree (desired, not mandatory)
