Customer Care Representative (INBOUND call center)

One of our Retail Energy clients is in need of Bilingual Customer Service Reps for their inbound call center in Southwest Houston. 

$13 p/h - Weekly Pay! 😉
M-F (Schedule flexibility is highly preferred during 8am-7pm M-F and rotating Saturdays 10am-2pm)
Southwest Houston (59 & Beltway 8)
Contract to Hire

Responsibilities
•    Deliver first call resolution at the end of each call
o    Identify the true cause of the customer's call and commit to finding the best solution possible
o    Make the effort to de-escalate each call by going above beyond to help our customer
•    Provide World Class service to our customers by properly addressing all their questions and providing resolutions/alternatives for any concerns or disputes
o    Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
•    Perform outbound calls, as needed, in a timely manner; customer follow-up
REQUIREMENTS
1.    CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!!!
2.     BILINGUAL
3.    MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
4.    MUST PASS A DRUG SCREEN
5.    MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START AS EARLY AS THE 22nd OF OCTOBER
