The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Operations Management in the capacity of a business analyst, as well as driving processes improvement and change.

 

Responsibilities

 

¨  Identify opportunities to streamline or automate manual processes

¨  Document business requirements

¨  Perform root cause analysis and recommendation solutions

¨  Create and maintain reports repository

¨  Successfully manage the implementation of new/changed processes into Operations

¨  Develop, document and maintain written business processes

¨  Report regularly to the supervisor on all activities relating to the role

¨  Assist in testing and completing of ad hoc projects

¨  Maintain and track to project roadmap for operations management  

 

Qualifications

 

¨  Minimum of two years of current experience working with as a business Analyst

¨  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

¨  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

¨  Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint

¨  Project management experience

¨  PMP certification preferred

¨  Six Sigma Green Belt certification

¨  Report writing skills – SQL, Crystal Reports
