The desired candidate will possess a commitment to service, rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work in a team oriented environment. Specifically, this position is responsible for scaling customer's product, interacting with drivers, provide coordination to team members out in the field, provide information to inquiries regarding products and services and updating air permit log.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Include the following; other duties may be assigned.
Ability to work well with people and verbally communicate in a strong, professional manner.
Proficient with computers, specifically excel and word.
Team Members must be able to operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance;
Team Members must consistently demonstrate performance toward operational excellence;
Coordinate product delivery with outside carriers
Creating Inbound, Outbound, & Work Orders Labels/Tags

Process in house bin moves
Add additional charges to outbound bills
Creating-Closing Files, Filing, Photocopying/ Scanning and other general office duties

Update truck, barge, air permit and rail logs on a daily basis
Backup to Customer Service Representative

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Recipient of a High School Diploma or equivalent to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
