Voice L3:
·         Experience with integration, Installation and Custom Configuration Troubleshooting of TMS, MCUs, and Telepresence and Polycom etc.
·         Manage and schedule the meeting implementation across the Servicing Business, Sales, & Internal OOMC Operations groups.
·         Support the System Administration activities for Business unit's needs on an as required basis.
·         Set-up training, and provide demonstrations of the new product and tools to make sure the customers had a vision of all the new features that they would be receiving.
·         Work with the Business teams to define their implementation requirements and schedules with the data migration to the new version.
·         Working on VOIP, Databases, Recorder Servers, Application Servers.
·         Troubleshooting the Audio and Screen Recording issues and providing support and educating the user about the product.
·         Upgrading the product to latest hot fixes to fix the bugs in product.
·         Responsible for problem tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, solution creation, and resolution of technical product issues relating to
·         Install and troubleshoot an implementation and address customer issues to bring to closure and avoid escalations and recognize revenue focusing on Workforce Management & Customer Feedback software.
·         Expertise with VoIP Protocols H.323, H.248, SIP
·         Expertise with VoIP Media RTP/RTCP
·         Expertise with Signaling Protocols ISDN, CAS, Analog, T1/E1 PRI, E&M
·         Understanding of public Internet routing, routers and switches
·         Experience with installation, configuration, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting of
·         Avaya Media servers S8700, S8500, S8300 etc and
·         Media Gateways like G650, G700, G350, SCC1, MCC1 etc..
·         Expertise with Voicemail administration and troubleshooting - Avaya Intuity voicemail system, Octel & Modular Messaging etc
·         Working Knowledge of ACD, CMS servers,
·         Thorough understanding of LSP and ESS configurations and working.
·         Working knowledge of IVR & Dialer will be added advantage
·         Responsible to manage and control network change management under best practices and corporate IT guideline.
·         Experience on Telephony structured cabling
·         Avaya Equipment - Configuration, software, hardware changes, Backup & restoration etc  
·         Voice network designing or architectural change.
·         Dial plan and voice network management
·         Contact centre design as per customer request
·         Major Configuration change in CMS
·         Understanding of Voice over IP deployment models
